The AI layer for game wrlds.
A.G.E.N.T. is the taste-driven agentic AI layer that gives a game its mind, its quests, its assets, its world and its discernment. It runs inside the engine studios already use, on the AI model they already trust.

Wwise is for Audio. Havok is for Physics. Umbravel is for Content.
Most tools hand you one piece and a pile of glue code. Umbravel runs everything a world needs to think, generate, and remember, organized into two harnesses that work as one system inside your project.
Characters that hold a real conversation, remember it, and act on what was said.
Quests that respond to what the player actually did, with consequences that persist.
A prompt becomes a finished, textured, game-ready asset, dropped straight into the engine.
Whole environments, assembled and populated by agents working in parallel.
The Creation Harness and the Living Harness run on one orchestration: three coordinated layers that keep a hundred agents coherent instead of chaotic. A single character cannot rewrite the world; it routes up through the story.

Umbravel runs on Claude, GPT, Gemini, or your own weights. As the models get better and cheaper, so does Umbravel, with no update from us, and the cost of inference stays on your provider, not our bill.
Umbravel runs on Unreal's native Model Context Protocol, the standard Epic is building into the core of Unreal Engine 6. We are the orchestration layer the engine reasons through, the judgment and the taste, not a tool bolted beside it.
Generating something is easy. Generating something good and knowing how to use it is the hard part, and thats what our team has collectively spent the last hundred years learning. With the advent of AI, it will be extremely rare for any designer in the future to be able to garner decades of expertise of success and failure, of iteration, of discernment. Games will be built rapidly.
Umbravel is trained on the structured judgment and taste of designers behind World of Warcraft, EverQuest and designers and producers from other franchises that have sold tens of millions of units. That judgment is scarce, it takes decades to form, and it compounds with use. It is the one thing that cannot be bought or rushed.
The same quest request, “Write the quest to retake the Iron Bridge,” produces two outcomes. At a glance the contrast is the point. On the left, what a raw model writes: an isolated, generic directive given by a Village Elder, rewarding fifty gold and an iron sword, attached to nothing the player has done. One path, zero branches, zero outcomes, one static reward. A stranger asks, nothing you did matters, you feel nothing. On the right, what ships through Umbravel: the captain on the bridge is Maeren, a deserter the player spared two chapters earlier, whose men have not been paid since the siege, and who still believes the player is the one person who kept their word. A drawn web ties that shared history back to Maeren and fans out to three emotionally distinct branches. Take it by force is vengeful: the road reopens, she dies believing you lied, a companion who served under her goes quiet. Cover their back-pay is conflicted: she stands down, indebted, and the merchant guild you have courted calls it weakness. Leave it closed is haunted: you learn, much later, what the valley paid. The reward becomes who remembers, who you become, and what the world does next. Between the two sits the Umbravel taste layer, applying the lenses of pacing, stakes, restraint, and economy. A model can write the sentence, but correlating the whole into a moment that lands is the rare part, and the moat: a century of shipped judgment encoded from veterans of World of Warcraft and EverQuest. This figure opens collapsed to a brief overview; the full detail below is available with or without scripting.
The taste-driven dataset between them is the moat.
A stranger asks. Nothing you did matters. You feel nothing.
Nothing more. The model has shown everything it has.
The captain on the bridge is Maeren, the deserter you spared two chapters ago. Her men have not been paid since the siege. She still believes you are the one person who kept their word.
The road reopens. She dies believing you lied. A companion who served under her goes quiet.
She stands down, indebted. The merchant guild you have courted calls it weakness.
You learn, much later, what the valley paid.
Reward = who remembers · who you become · what the world does next
Umbravel Taste Layer
A model writes the sentence. It cannot weigh the whole: the people you have met, the choices you have made, the way this one lands. Correlating the sum of the parts into a moment that means something is what a model cannot do on its own. It can't determine human connection, emotion or nostalgia. It cannot correlate disparate, unrelated and abstract information into an impactful storyline. Umbravel gives the model that discernment and rarified judgement.

Describe what you need. Umbravel generates the concept, builds and textures the 3D mesh, rigs and animates it, then writes it into your project through Unreal's Model Context Protocol as a game-ready actor, not a file you import by hand. The work that used to take an outsourced art team a week or two runs while you keep working.
If you invest in AI infrastructure, or you ship games and want this inside your engine, we should talk.
